ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the girl is major and had gone with the petitioner out of her own sweet-will and they have married and even in her deposition under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C., the victim girl has stated her age to be 18 years though the allegation is that the petitioner has kidnapped the informant's minor daughter.

Considering the nature of allegation made and that there

Case No. 309 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
