Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Vide order dated 10.02.2021, a report regarding stage of the trial was called for from the lower court, which has been received. From perusal of the same, it appears that there are total 8 charge-sheet witnesses, but till date not a single witness has been examined. On 11.01.2021 fresh summons has been issued against the prosecution witnesses and the case is fixed for evidence.

In view of the fact that case is fixed for evidence, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since
