JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 09-01-2015 Although this matter is listed under the heading 'For Order on Petition' but considering the nature of grievance raised, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at this stage. The petitioner is aggrieved by the location of the Panchayat Bhawan. According to the petitioner the situs of the proposed Panchayat Bhawan to be constructed in the Mohanpur Gram Panchayat in the District of Katihar is on a plot different from the plots approved by the Gram Sabha. He submits that he had invited the attention of the District Magistrate, Katihar by filing a

Patna High Court CWJC No.12473 of 2014 (2) dt.09-01-2015 2 / 2 representation on 30.9.2013 again on 11.5.2014, copies of which is placed at Annexures- 4 and 7 respectively. Learned counsel in support of his submission has also relied upon a report of the Deputy Development Commissioner placed at Annexure-6 to the writ petition.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the representations have remained pending and in the meanwhile work orders have been issued.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that the petitioner has already raised his grievance before the District Magistrate, Katihar objecting to the location of the Panchayat Bhawan, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Katihar to consider and dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner which remains pending before him since 30.9.2013 and has been renewed thereafter on 11.5.2014 within four weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
