2. The present petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to grant the petitioner First Time Bound Promotion and Second Time Bound Promotion together with all consequential benefits.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that the grievances of the petitioner have since been redressed and the First Time Bound Promotion as well as Second Time Bound Promotion have been granted to the petitioner with all consequential benefits as evident from Annexure-B annexed to the counter affidavit. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner appears and accepts the aforesaid position.
