The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 195/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 332, 333, 353, 307, 504, and 325 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is a headmaster of upgraded Middle School made allegation that the petitioner came to his school on account of non-payment of dress amount and took the register. On objection, the petitioner twisted both the arms of the informant and both the arms of the informant got fractured. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a counter version. The informant was getting signature on Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40658 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 700/- after handing over only Rs. 300/- for that some altercation took place.

On the other hand learned Additional P.P. vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts that the petitioner is alleged to have fractured both the arms of the Headmaster of the school for distribution of less amount of dress, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
