For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma, Advocate For the Respondent/s : Mr. Ajeet Kumar, Advocate CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-01-2015 Merely because the petitioner has tried to point out a few decision taken in Annexures- 17 and 17A, it does not mean that same is the rule and not an abrasion. The Court has gone through Annexure-1, which is the order passed by the Director (Secondary Education), Government of Bihar on a previous direction of the High Court. It does not find any irrationality as such in the reason for rejection of the claim of the present petitioner as well as that of some similarly placed persons. However, it is left open to the petitioner to point out to the Director, who can satisfy himself under what context and for what reason Annexures- 17 and 17A was passed and whether similar kind of benefit can be extended to the present
Patna High Court CWJC No.12440 of 2014 dt.16-01-2015 petitioner.
