It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of the writ petition the G.P.F., Gratuity and Group Insurance amount of the petitioner has already been paid to him. It is further contended that now the claim of the petitioner is confined to payment of due bills of suspension period from March, 1977 to June, 1978, due arrear of salary from December, 1981 to January, 1983 and difference of pay for the period commencing from January, 1991 to February, 1995.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.2, the District Superintendent of Education, Khagaria.
Patna High Court CWJC No.379 of 2008 dt.31-07-2017 2/2 In para-10 of the counter affidavit, it has been stated as under :- "10. That in pursuant to aforesaid letter no. 1021, dated 18.07.2017, due bills of suspension period from March 1977 to June 1978 total amount of Rs.2427=00, due arrears of salary from December 1981 to January 1983 total amount of Rs.10819=00 and differential pay period from the January 1991 to February 1995 total amount of Rs.176217=00 of the petitioner has been submitted to the Treasury Officer, Khagaria on 20.07.2017 for necessary payment." 4.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the State that payment against the bill of suspension period from March, 1977 to June, 1978, arrear of salary from December, 1991 to January, 1983 and the difference of pay for the period January, 1991 to February, 1995 shall be paid to the petitioner without any delay as the bill for the same has already been sent to the Treasury Officer, Khagaria. 5.
Having regard to the above submissions made on behalf of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pay the amount mentioned in para-10 of the counter affidavit, as noted above, within two months from today.
