No.42580 of 2013 by which the order of non-discharge dated 02.09.2013 has been quashed.

The order dated 20.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.42580 of 2013 is clarified to the extent that the proceedings of Complaint Case No.1109 of 2006 pending before the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, as against the Petitioner Nos.1, 2, 3 and 4 of Cr. Misc. No.42580 of 2013 be dropped. The application stands disposed off.
