The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 345 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Seizure list shows that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Further he submits that the alleged motorcycle does not belong to this petitioner, as stated in paragraph no. 5 of the bail application. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Case No. 345 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
