2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 61(2), 103(1), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and 25(1-B) (a), 26, 35 and 27 of Arms Act, 1959.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown accused persons are said to have killed the deceased persons. The present is a case of double murder. The name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation and he has been alleged of having phone call conversations with the assailants including one Golu Kumar.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that the petitioner was found talking to the co-accused persons and also the fact that the application for regular bail of the co-accused has been rejected by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 26059 of 2026, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
