JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 307, 353, 435, 427, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. The prosecution case is that the mob was making protest against the establishment of police camp when the mob attacked on the police personnel, pelted stones causing injuries and put the vehicle on fire. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation is against the mob and similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 7596 of 2014 and 3560 of 2015.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39304 of 2015 (2) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Dumaria P.S. Case No. 37 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
