The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 117 of 2020, dated 17.06.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 392 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The implication of the petitioner in this case is only on the basis of confession of an arrested accused person.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39283 of 2020(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner does not have criminal antecedents. Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of three weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XVI, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 117 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
