2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Bhargama P. S. Case No. 306 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 103(1), 303(2), 308(6), 326(g), 324(6), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific accusation that he along with other accused persons, armed with pistols and weapons, came to the house of informant and on the order of co-accused Guddu Yadav, other co-accused persons attacked the house, sprinkled petrol and set the house of informant on fire as a result of which, husband of the informant was burnt alive.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43741 of 2026(2) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics and there is no allegation of any specific overt act against him.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is direct and specific accusation that this petitioner along with other accused persons set the house of informant on fire and burnt her husband alive.
6. Considering the nature and seriousness of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
