JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-03-2015 Sri Ranjit Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite parties, Officials of Patna Municipal Corporation, in compliance of order dated 19.03.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4798 of 2010, handed over a Cheque of Bank of Baroda bearing no. 001494 dated 20.02.2015 amounting to Rs. 36,827/- in favour of petitioner with regard to remaining admitted dues with interest to the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. R.K. Srivastava, who is ready to receive the aforesaid Cheque in Court. As such, the order of the writ Court has been complied.

Patna High Court MJC No.4315 of 2013 dt.13-03-2015 2/2 Taking the same into consideration, since the order under contempt has been complied by opposite parties, no further action is required to be taken. Accordingly, the present contempt application is disposed of.

However, if petitioner feels aggrieved, he may take recourse in accordance with law.
