The petitioners being the father-in-law and mother-inlaw are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 131 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 326, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that save and except, the bald allegation leveled against the petitioners, there is no other cogent material in the case diary to implicate the petitioners in the present case. It is further submitted that petitioners are old persons and co-villagers have stated that the

Leaned counsel for the State after perusal of the case diary submits that co-villages/neighbors have also affirmed the story that the petitioners had never demanded dowry. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case also the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 131 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C..
