Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,365,370,372 and 373 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to FIR, the allegation of kidnapping of the daughter-in-law of the informant is against the wife of Laxman Chaudhary. The victim in her statement has supported that her step-mother had induced her to go to Firozabad and one Manoj allegedly ravished her. The step-mother sold her to someone for the purpose of marriage.

Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. Petitioner is a female. She has got no criminal antecedent. Investigation of the case is already complete.

No.38619 of 2020(4) dt.06-04-2021 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) Police Station Case No.37 of 2020 bearing G.R.No.594 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
