JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-08-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Arvind Kumar, learned counsel for the Vigilance. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 60 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have obtained job on the basis of forged mark-sheet. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2023.

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
