The petitioner apprehended his arrest in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 268 of 2011 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304, 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had no role to play in the present occurrence. There is allegation against the doctor, that he had forcibly admitted the pregnant victim lady, who subsequently died during the course of treatment, due to negligence of the doctor. He further submits that the doctor has already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by the Court of learned Sessions Judge vide A.B.A. No. 805 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30427 of 2016 (2) dt.05-08-2016 2/2 2016 dated 10.06.2016.
Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and also there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 268 of 2011, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J.) Rajiv/- U T
