2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 365, 364, 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The informant suspects that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner disappeared his son. Later on his dead body was found.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in the case. During the course of investigation, petitioner confessed that he along with co-accused Yashraj Mishra killed the son of informant and threw the dead body near Pandai River Bridge. Learned counsel submits that save and except confessional statement, there is no other direct or indirect evidence against the petitioner to show his complicity in the occurrence. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 21.4.2024.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44820 of 2024(4) dt.06-12-2024 2/2 oppose the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Bettiah, West Champaran in Shikarpur Police Station Case No. 56 of 2024.
