JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. This application has been filed for modification of the condition for bail granted on 04.02.2015.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that while granting bail, condition has been imposed that the bailors should be the mother and father of the petitioner. According to the learned counsel, since there is strained relationship between them, they are not ready to furnish bail bond on her behalf, as a result of which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody even after granting bail by order dated 04.02.2015. The learned counsel submitted that since the petitioner had already been married with the husband of the deceased, she is ready to furnish the bail bond if the condition is modified.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47533 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 petitioner, that part of the order dated 04.02.2015 is hereby modified to the extent that one of the bailors should be the elder brother of the husband of the petitioner and the other bailor should be close relation.

This criminal miscellaneous application is thus, allowed.
