The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.533 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 427, 307, 337 and 338 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the name of the petitioner and two others has been disclosed by the local people to the informant but, in course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by only the two Home Guards in paragraphs-4 and 5 of the case diary. Further submission is that the petitioner is not the resident of the P.O. village rather he belongs to another village. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.533 of 2015, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
