The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No. 796 of 2015 for the offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is named in the first information report yet the allegation of firing upon the informant is against co-accused Sukar Yadav, not against this petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that the petitioner have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27806 of 2016 (2) dt.05-08-2016 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Khagaria Muffasil P.S. Case No. 796 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
