2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 224 of 2024 registered under Sections 323, 379, 354-B, 354-A, 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the I.T. Act.
3. As per F.I.R., allegation against this petitioner is that he tried to commit rape upon the victim and also made her obscene photo viral.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that both
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44923 of 2024(4) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 parties are neighbours and due to petty dispute between them, this false and concocted case has been lodged. As a matter of fact, the victim is major aged about 30 years. The complaint case has been filed after a delay of 23 days and there is no plausible explanation for the same. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 224 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
