JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 28-06-2016 After having heard Mr. Rabindra Prasad Singh in support of the writ application, I am satisfied that a writ, as prayed, cannot be issued to unseat the respondent no.8 from the post of Chowkidar to which he was appointed in 2008 by a valid order of the Senior Superintendent of Police. It is not the case of the writ petitioner that in appointing the respondent no.8, the statutory rules have been breached or the respondent no.8 was wholly ineligible to hold the post.

The writ application is dismissed.
