ANSARI ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 05-01-2015 The respondents issued tender No.1/14 dated 9.7.2014 inviting tender for certain works of Nagar Parishad, Hilsa of Nalanda District.
The grievance of the petitioner is that the conditions in the tender notice are tailor made to suit only two contractors who have been enlisted with the Nagar Parishad. After the writ petition was filed, the respondents modified the conditions enabling other contractors also to submit tenders.
The grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
