2. Having regard to the fact that the impugned order of suspension of the petitioner dated 22.11.2013 has already been restored by the competent authority by an order dated 01.07.2015, this writ application has become infructuous and is, accordingly, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to now claim the consequential relief for that he may become entitled on account of revocation of the order of suspension.

3. It goes without saying that if the petitioner for this purpose files a representation, the same shall be considered and
