Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the original direction of the Court was to grant the benefit of ACP.

It has been informed by learned counsel for both the parties that the order has been duly complied with and the other grievances which remains with the petitioner are not the subject matter of the concerned petition. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
