2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the State that petitioners have been declared absconder and process of Section 82 of Cr.P.C. has been initiated against them to ensure their appearance in the court.
