The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Aamas P.S. Case No. 103 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The case of the prosecution is that the daughter of the informant was kidnapped by the accused persons including the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the daughter of the informant had returned on the very next day and in her statement recorded under Section 164, had not identified any of the accused persons. It is further submitted that the co-accused person has already been granted bail vide order dated 17.09.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39510 of 2016 by the Bench of this Court.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I find that this is fit case in which the petitioner should be released on bail.
Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Aamas P.S.
