ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 12-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No.12 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a false allegation has been levelled against the petitioners on account of the fact that there was dispute between the parties with regard to flowing of dirty water from their houses, for which there was an altercation between the parties.

No.32746 of 2016 (2) dt.12-08-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of allegations made and that the petitioners are also having no criminal antecedents and also that the dispute is more of family dispute, let all the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Kajra P.S. Case No.12 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
