2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Revilganj P.S. Case No. 402 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 AND 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The allegation against her is that she has got her husband killed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except for the self-inculpaotry statement, there is no material to connect the petitioner with the crime and the petitioner has two children also. The petitioner is in custody since 12.12.2025 having no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45667 of 2026(2) dt.09-07-2026 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not express any opinion on the merits of the case.
