JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to add Vice Chancellor, B.N. Mandal University, as respondent no.6, in course of the day.

The petitioner, in the present case, has sought for directions upon the respondents, to allow him to discharge his official and academic duties as Lecturer, in the faculty of History, at Satendra Narayan Singh Mahila College, Supaul and further

Patna High Court CWJC No.5205 of 2008 (3) dt.06-10-2017 2/2 directions to the Respondents to pay him consequential monetary benefits, for which he is legally entitled to. Considering the relief sought for, in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file a representation before the Respondent no.6, Vice Chancellor, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura for redressal of his grievance. The Vice Chancellor, B.N. Mandal University, Madhepura shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
