The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 304, 420 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, informant's daughter has delivered a baby child who survived whereas the mother died in course of treatment. Allegation is that there was negligence during operation. It is contended that the person who is running the nursing home has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Annexure 5 and petitioner is a lady. Case No. 442 of 2014, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada subject to the conditions as laid down under subsection(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
