Let the defect (s), as pointed out by the office, be removed within a period of four weeks from the date of resumption of physical filing and physical removal of defect. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.8177 of 2022 by this Court by which the petitioner has been granted bail to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 35 of 2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the prayer portion of the bail petition 'to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna' has been
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41447 of 2022(2) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 typed in place of 'to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Sherghati (Gaya)'.
Accordingly, the order dated 12.07.2022 is modified to the extent that in the last paragraph in place of 'to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna', it will be read as 'to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Sherghati (Gaya)'.
This application stands disposed of.
