The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Phulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S. Case no. 334 of 2019, registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 189, 427, 379, 504 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.41511 of 2019(2) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 The accusation is that on receiving information about accident, informant along with other Police officials reached at N.H.98 then saw 21 persons named in the F.I.R., including the petitioners, and 100 unknown stopped the vehicle No. BR-OR-3127 and the driver of the said bus was being assaulted by them and they damaged the bus and blocked the road.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are named in the F.I.R., but no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M. Patna in connection with Phulwari Sharif (Janipur) P.S. Case No. 334 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
