2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. It is a case of dowry death. Allegation is that this petitioner along with other accused persons killed daughter of informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and he has falsely been implicated in this case . Informant is not eye witness to the alleged occurrence . As a matter of fact, deceased committed suicide due to petty dispute between petitioner and deceased.
5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46370 of 2024(3) dt.31-08-2024 2/2 opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. with specific accusation that he along with other accused persons committed murder of daughter of informant for dowry and the deceased died with seven years of marriage in unnatural circumstances in her matrimonial house .
6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
