2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Adhoura P.S. Case No. 35 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 307, 326, 302, 452 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.

3. Considering the submissions and perusal of the report as made available to this Court vide letter no. 85 dated 10.09.2024 as issued from the office of ADJ-I, Kaimur at Bhabhua, the trial is at its feg end and that is for the argument of defence.

4. Considering the aforesaid, there is no occasion as to entertain present bail petition.

5. This is the second prayer of bail after rejection of earlier prayer of bail through Cr. Misc. No. 13341 of 2023 dated 20.07.2023. Accordingly, prayer of bail stands rejected.
