2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 356 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 352, 303(2), 74, 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim with a stick.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41263 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/2 as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/concerned Court below in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 356 of 2024.
