Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that, in fact, the father's name of the petitioner is Late Tahid Ansari @ Late Tauhid Ansari as detailed in F.I.R., but inadvertently, in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33943 of 2019 in cause title Sah Zubair Ansari was typed due to that reason same was typed in cause tile of order dated 23.05.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33943 of 2019 and pray to correct the same.
From perusal of the record it appears that the father's name of the petitioner Irfan Ansari is detailed as Late Tahid
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38959 of 2019(2) dt.29-08-2019 2/2 Ansari @ Late Tauhid Ansari in the F.I.R as such in the cause title of order dated 23.05.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33943 of 2019, the father's name of the petitioner Irfan Ansari be read as Late Tahid Ansari @ Late Tauhid Ansari in place of Sah Zubair Ansari. The period of surrender of the petitioner Irfan Ansari in the concerned court in connection with the Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019 be extended for a further period of four weeks from today. With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 23.05.2019 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33943 of 2019, this application stands disposed of.
