2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that the informant had purchased the land in question from co-accused Siddharth Yadav in the year 2020 but again co-accused Siddarth Yadav and petitioner Vinita Devi put pressure to sale the land and when informant did not
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43880 of 2023(2) dt.08-08-2023 2/3 ready to sale her land then petitoner alongwith other co-accused persons under conspiracy with each other fradulently executed the land of the informant by changing the page of sale deed.
4. It is submitted that petitioner is the bonafide purchaser of the land in question and he has legally purchased it from Siddharth Yadav vide deed no . 19573 dated 12.11.2022 after paying money to him for 3 decimals of land detailed in her registered sale deed. As a matter of fact, informant herself sold the land to Siddharth Yadav after gaining a handsome profit as she had originally purchased the land in 2020 for Rs. 1,65,000/- and finally sold it in Rs. 3,00,000/- after 2 years in 2022 and thereafter started accusing others to grab money and commit forgery, as such, petitioner has not committed any forgery and the offence as alleged against him is totally false and concocted. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
