Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.34 of 2014 (2) dt.09-01-2015 2 / 2 Rajpur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2013 dated 27.10.2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Rajpur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2013 dated 23.11.2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. By filing the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of both the aforesaid FIRs being Rajpur P.S. Case No. 205 and 223 of 2013.
The allegations made in the aforesaid two FIRs do constitute cognizable offence.
In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the present application. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
