2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2022.

3. As per the prosecution case, 60 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 15.5.2024.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge (Excise)-I, Kaimur at Bhabhua/concerned Court below in connection with Ramgarh (Nuaon) P.S. Case No. 166 of 2024.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Buxar Industrial Area Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
