ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No.183 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Mr. Suraj Narain Singh, learned Sr. Counsel for the petitioners submits that, admittedly, Petitioner No.1 is said to have attacked the informant with farsa, but no such injury has been found on his person. Instead the injuries, which have been

So far as Petitioner No.2 is concerned, there is no specific allegation against him. It is further submitted that there is a criminal antecedent against petitioner no.1 which is of the year 2001 whereas so far as petitioner no.2 is concerned, there is no criminal antecedents.
In view of such facts and circumstances, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No.183 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
