In this case, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khudwa P.S. Case No.02 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 125(a), 125(b), 109(1), 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner and twenty four others are said to have assaulted the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 11.02.2025.

Specific allegation has been made against the petitioner to have assaulted the deceased with farsa. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is dismissed.

Re:- Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 39949 of 2025 and 42074 of 2025.

Heard learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

The petitioners seek regular bail in

3/4 connection with Khudwa P.S. Case No.02 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 127(1), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 125(a), 125(b), 109(1), 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioners and twenty four others are said to have assaulted the deceased. The petitioners are in custody since 08.02.2025 and 24.01.2025 respectively. 9.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners and similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Indraloki Yadav @ Indraloki Kumar @ Indralok Kumar and Pappu Yadav @ Pappu Kumar have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide common order dated 20.05.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos.31912 of 2025 and 32565 of 2025.

Learned APP for the State and the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail.

Considering the general and omnibus allegations against these petitioners and also the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, these applications stand

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Daudnagar, Aurangabad / concerned Court below, in connection with Khudwa P.S. Case No.02 of 2025, subject to the condition that they will cooperate in the trial and will appear personally or through their lawyer on the dates fixed in the trial.
