====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 04-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the Respondent-State.

2. The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order dated 05.05.2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 23710 of 2025 arising out of Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 92 of 2024 whereby and whereunder the anticipatory bail application of the petitioners was allowed on 05.05.2025 directing them to surrender before the Court below within four weeks from the date of the said order, to be released on bail. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to financial difficulty on part of the petitioners, they could not surrender within the stipulated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43245 of 2025(2) dt.04-07-2025 2/2 time and hence prays that further period of four weeks be granted.

3. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners are granted further period of four weeks from today to surrender before the Court below and if they do so, the petitioners will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Exclusive Special Judge (Excise-I), Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 92 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.

4. Accordingly, the Modification Application is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
