2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/307/448/379/354B/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioners and others is of assault on the informant and on her husband with Lathi and Khanti. The allegation of snatching gold chain and outraging the modesty are on Ranjay Kumar and Monu Kumar.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43795 of 2023(2) dt.22-08-2023 2/2 allegation leveled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. The injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the occurrence took place on 03.05.2021 and FIR lodged on 14.05.2021 after delay of eleven days which creates doubt in the present case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent as mentioned in para-3 of this application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Warsaliganj P.S. Case No. 185 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
