The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 23.5.2013 by which the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Sitamarhi, has dismissed the Complaint Case No. C1-131 of 2012 under Section 203 of the Indian Penal Code.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality in the same.

The application stands dismissed.
