The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 504, 506, 353, 147, 149 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The prosecution case is that while the informant was doing teaching work in the school the accused persons called him and thereafter abused him. It is alleged that on the instigation of co-accused Sunil Rana, co-accused Govind Rana, Khublal Rana, Khayali Rana and Shiv Shankar Rana assaulted the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39433 of 2015 (3) dt.05-10-2015 2/2 petitioner that the informant got appointed on the basis of forged educational certificate, which was protested by the villagers, enquiry was made and it was found that the informant was appointed on the basis of forged educational certificate then the informant lodged the present false case against the villagers. It is further submitted that the accusation is omnibus and general and other similarly situated accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 49090 of 2014. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the above facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui SC/ST P.S. Case No. 14 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
