The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. In the instant case, first information report is lodged after nine days of the alleged occurrence. There is case and counter case between the parties. No one has sustained injuries in the alleged occurrence. Further
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56 of 2021(6) dt.25-01-2022 2/2 he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Madhepur P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
