The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

123 liters foreign liquor has been recovered from the shop of this petitioner.

It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
